Event: A 12-year-old boy was brought to Hetauda hospital ER following electrocution during fishing. He was soon declared dead in the hospital and post-mortem was delayed awaiting for the deceased's father to arrive. Some relatives later claimed that the boy's body was hot and was still conscious until the evening when they called doctors to examine him. Irate relatives of the deceased boy blamed the doctors for declaring him dead when he was alive and his death due to the delayed treatment and picketed the hospital.

Event: A patient injured in a road accident had been brought to the hospital for treatment. The relatives of the patient had thrown a metal chair at the health workers, citing there was no stretcher to take the injured at emergency. The attacked health worker had sustained injuries.
