Event: After death of a 7-month-old baby on the way to Janakpur Hospital from Village Friendly Children's Hospital, the relatives blocked the east-west highway claiming that they were referred in the 11th hour when treatment was not possible. The demonstration ended when the hospital agreed to deduct all the expenses incurred in the treatment of child.
