Event: After death of a patient who had arrived from Sindhupalchowk in the ED of Civil Service Hospital, the relatives had staged a demonstration claiming medical negligence and lack of experienced doctors in the emergency room. According to a relative, an ECG was done but the death occurred before the arrival of the report.
