Jyoti Medical (Abdominal pain) Incident

Event: Kith and kin of the deceased had picketed the medical and also staged a demonstration claiming that the 40-year-old patient had died due to the negligence of the doctor. Kumal had gone to the health facility to receive treatment for abdominal pain where she was treated with Tricaine-MPS and injection pantoprazole. They claimed that her condition worsened immediately after the injection. The local authorities had detained the medical administrator and a doctor.
