Event: The hospital had prescribed a drug named "Flexon" (combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol) and discharged a 9-year-old girl with fracture of the leg. The girl was brought back to the hospital with side-effects of the medication. The family and relatives of the dead one picketed the hospital and protested accusing wrong medicine, however, the hospital claimed that the hospital failed to save the child as the family did not bring her immediately after she showed side-effects. This was settled (out of court) with Rs. 5,00,000 compensation.
